This Baloch who is an employee of Education Department was picked up by Pakistani intelliegence agencies. In Pakistan Army torture cells he was given electric shocks all over his body including the genitals.
After keeping him in torture cell for a long time he was transported in an army vehicle to a local police station where police was forced to take custady of this patient. Local police refused to take him because he was in very critical condition.
Finally the police called local community and handed over this man in very critical condition without any explanation as to why this man was tortured so brutally by agencies.
